Client Property: We respect your intellectual property rights. Any proprietary information, content, or materials you provide remain your property.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon rights to project deliverables as specified in individual service agreements.

Third-Party Materials: We may use third-party tools, libraries, or services that have their own licensing terms.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information and are committed to maintaining confidentiality:

  • We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties

  • Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our services

We may use anonymized case studies and general project information for marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited by agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • For material breach of contract with 30 days written notice
  • For non-payment after 30 days past due
  • Immediately for illegal activities or violation of terms

Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due, and we will provide deliverables completed to date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, or in courts of competent jurisdiction in New York.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:
