Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid TwoVector subscriptions (Pro and Premium, billed monthly or annually) and works alongside our Terms of Service. All payments are processed by Stripe.
2. 14-Day Refund on Your First Purchase
If this is the first time you have paid for a TwoVector subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that first payment, no questions asked. This applies once per customer, on your first paid transaction only — it does not reset with each renewal or with future plan changes.
3. After the 14-Day Window
Outside the 14-day window described above, payments are non-refundable, including renewal charges, partial months, and downgrades. We are unable to make exceptions for unused time remaining in a billing period. You can avoid future charges at any time by canceling before your next renewal date, as described in ourTerms of Service (Section 4.4).
4. Free Trials and Plan Changes
The 30-day free trial of the Pro plan does not require a payment method, so no charge occurs and there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue — your account simply moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.
When you upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing frequency (monthly/annual) on a paid plan, Stripe automatically calculates and applies a proration for the difference in cost; we do not process separate manual refunds for these changes.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under Section 2, emailsupport@twovector.com from the email address on your account, including the date of your first payment. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 business days; refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
