Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-16
1. Scope
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and describes how TwoVector ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by TwoVector LLC, LLC formation pending, handles "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data privacy law (SB 370), and similar laws. It applies to health-related information collected through the TwoVector application at app.twovector.com (the "Service").
2. Health Data We Collect
We collect consumer health data only when you choose to use health features:
- Nutrition entries — foods, meals, and nutritional values you log, including calories and macronutrients;
- Body measurements — weight entries and related logs you record; and
- Related health information you choose to enter — for example, health notes or goals, or health topics you choose to discuss with Vec, our AI assistant.
We do not collect biometric identifiers, genetic data, or precise geolocation related to health services, and we do not attempt to infer health conditions from your other data.
3. Sources
We collect consumer health data from one source: you. Health data enters the Service only when you type or record it yourself.
4. How We Use It
We collect and use consumer health data solely to provide the features you request:
- displaying your nutrition and weight history and trends;
- calculating totals and summaries you ask for; and
- answering questions you ask Vec that involve your health data.
We do not use your health data for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you without first asking for your consent.
5. How We Share It
Consumer health data is shared only with the processors needed to run the Service:
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) — our cloud hosting provider, which stores all Service data, including health entries, encrypted at rest; and
- Anthropic — our AI provider, which receives health data only when you ask Vec a question that requires it, solely to generate the response.
Both are contractually restricted to processing your data only to provide services to us. We do not share consumer health data with affiliates, advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties, except as required by law (for example, a valid court order).
6. No Sale of Health Data
We do not sell consumer health data, and we will not sell it. Under Washington law, selling consumer health data would require your separate, signed authorization — we will never ask for one.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your consumer health data, including a list of the third parties with whom we have shared it;
- Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data — you can stop using health features at any time, and ask us to stop processing what you have already entered; and
- Delete your consumer health data.
You can delete individual nutrition and weight entries directly in the Service at any time. Deleting your account deletes your health data along with the rest of your data, as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 7). We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
8. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, email support@twovector.com from the email address on your account. We verify requests by confirming control of that email address, and we respond within the time required by applicable law (45 days in most states).
If we decline your request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal." If your appeal is unsuccessful and you live in Washington, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General; residents of other states may contact their state Attorney General.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
